Meeting Minutes IIE Board Member Meeting January 27, 2009, EB 211 at 4:00 pm - This was the first meeting of the Spring 2009 semester.
There were two new possible candidates who were interested in becoming board members. - We discussed best ways to attract more people. Suggestions were made to use facebook so that our exposure to the interested public is maximized.
- Another possibility is that there would be board members meeting twice a week so that every member would be able to attend at their own convenience.
- We briefly talked about possible activities; so far we came up with community service and possible plant tours.
Next Board Member Meeting: The next board member meeting will be Thursday February 5th, at 5:00pm in EB211. The main purpose of the meeting will be to nominate candidates for board member positions.
