IIE General Meeting (Election Day)

February 26, 2009,   EB 211 at 5:00 pm

·        Elections were held today.

·        All that were present at the meeting were able to cast their vote for the nominated candidates.

·        The voting process went very smoothly. The results will be posted on the website : www.iieniu.com

·        The Next meeting will be held on March 19, 2009. Further information will be provided.

The ballot also included two proposed amendments to the constitution:

·        To add the position "Technical Director" to the list of officers in the constitution article VI

·        To add the position "Fundraising Director" to the list of officers in the constitution article VI

The following individuals were nominated to hold office positions.
