Michelle is from a little town up north called Grayslake, Illinois. She came to NIU in the fall of 2004 and is now on her senior year with hopes of graduating in May 2009 with a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Along with IIE, Michelle is a member of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). In the spring of 2008 Michelle worked on a project for Argonne at the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning in the Sears Tower and is currently working on a project for the Department of Energy and the railroad. Michelle likes to golf whenever she can and looks forward to the outcomes that IIE will provide in the future
