Meeting Minutes

IIE Board Member MeetingOctober 6, 2008,   EB 211 at 5:00 pm

 ·        Possibility of meeting time change. Since board meeting are once a week and not everyone can make it, we introduced an idea that one week we will meet on Monday and the second week we will meet on Wednesday. Further info will be provided

.·        Board member biography and pictures need to be updated on the webpage. Board members should write a paragraph summary and submit it to Josh so he can upload it.

·        Merissa, the educational director will be in charge of going to classrooms and talking about the next general meeting and the guest speaker.

·        Next Monday, October 13, 2008 will be a general meeting, guest speaker will be present, and snacks will be provided.

·        Discussed further ideas about fund-raising, possibility of joining with other groups and have a joined fundraiser.
