Meeting Minutes

IIE Board Member Meeting

October 29, 2008,   EB 211 at 5:00 pm

·        The main reason for the meeting was to finalize 

    the plans for the fundraiser.

·        Board members discussed different ideas and finalized 

    the decision on what to do.

o       The fundraiser will be a joint venture with SWE

o       We came up with two designs and the colors. 

IIE’s ideas will be discussed by SWE, if approved we will place 

orders for T-shirts and Hooded sweatshirts. They will come in 

either red or black color. The logo will be printed in white.

Next meeting will be Wednesday November 5th, 2008 at 5:30pm.

·       The meeting’s main goal is to approve the possible changes 

   made by SWE.
