Meeting Minutes

IIE Board Member Meeting

November 12, 2008,   EB 211 at 5:00 pm  

The main purpose for the meeting was to:

·         Further discuss the plans for the upcoming fundraiser.

·         Make preparations for the next general meeting which will have a guest speaker present.

Fundraiser:

         In today’s meeting members of SWE were present. They helped participated in getting the schedule for taking orders partially filled up. During the meeting we decided to try and start taking orders for T-shirts and hooded sweatshirts on next Wednesday November 19, 2008.  We will be receiving orders everyday until Tuesday November 25, 2008. 

Next General Meeting:                

         The next general meeting will be Wednesday November 19, 2008 at 5:00pm in EB211.The highlight of the meeting will be a guest speaker from John Deere. He will talk about his experiences as an Industrial Engineer working for John Deere.
